The first run that felt good...REALLY good...and made me want more. I always tell everyone to give the program at least 3-4 weeks because that is always when the drive kicks in. And you WILL get to the point where you warm up with a 2-miler. I never in my wildest dreams thought I would run a half marathon some day and last year I ran 2!!!!
