Have an Egg-cellent Easter {printable}

I can't quite believe that Easter is just around the corner.
Where is the year going.

In preparation for Easter, I'm making up little goodie bags for the kids and some friends.
I love giving goodie bags to kids.
Just something small and simple can really make the Easter celebrations extra special.

And of course you know I made a little printable to finish off the whole thing.
I like to keep my printables clean and simple.
And not use all my ink at once.
So I hope you like them.

Just right-click on the image and save it to your computer.
Print it as often as you like but please only use them for personal use and link back to my blog if you share.

I've used chocolates from Aldi and Tesco in my bags. They both have a huge selection of budget friendly chocolate in their shops. Perfect for this frugal Mama. You could put stickers or small toys in there too but whatever you put in there I'm sure they'll love it.

I'm going to be sharing a new tradition that were starting in our house this Easter in a few days. I just need to find time to get some pictures and make a little printable and I'll let you all in on the magic.

Favourite Things Friday

It's FRIDAY!!
Thank goodness for that.
My small guy has well and truly hit the " Terrible Twos" and he has been pushing my buttons all week. Trying to get things done with a screaming toddler in not an easy task. Hopefully hubs will save me and give me a break over the weekend. I really need to get a run in to clear my head and get my thoughts in order. So many ideas in that crazy head of mine.

In case you missed what I was up to this week, Monday I did a weekend recap {here}. Tuesday I shared an amazing little business that custom designs mugs for people. I have a giveaway running {here}. Go enter. NOW! Wednesday I blogged about my 10 minute dinner, Tortilla bread pizzas {here}. I've been working on some cute Easter printables and once I take some lovely pictures over the weekend they'll be up on the blog for all my lovely readers. I hope you like this weeks Favoutire Things Friday. Let me know what your favourites are in the comments or chat to me on Facebook or Instagram.

Have a great weekend everyone.
Make sure you do something you love.

Quick & Easy Tortilla Pizzas

I'm always loosing a battle when it comes to my kids and there dinners.
"I'm not hungry."
"I don't like mash potatoes."
"I want something else."
And so on, and so on.

But I came across a post on Instagram about tortilla bread pizzas.
Genius!
The kids can decorate them by themselves and hopefully eat them.
We tried them the other night and it was an amazing success.
They ate every last crumb and I even thought they were delicious.

All I did was spread some passata or chopped tomatoes on the breads and top with cheese, onion, peppers and ham. You can out what ever you like on your pizzas on these too.
Whack it in the oven for 10 minutes at 200*C and your done.

Bish! Bash! Bosh!
Dinner Done!
If dinner took 10 minutes every night I would be golden.
But I'll settle for one night a week.

Happy Hump Day!

My new favourite mug & a Giveaway

I love nothing more than a fresh cup of tea in the morning in my favourite mug.
Given that my favourite mug died a while back, I was in the market for a new one.

One of my Irish Parenting Blogger friends has started her own little business. She is a very talented artist. She draws the cutest little cartoons on her blog, Colorines Wonderful and has started putting her drawings on mugs. I know what everyone will be getting from me for the next while. Ha!

After a few messages and details about my little family, they arrived yesterday.
BEST POST EVER!!
They are perfect.
So perfect that I'm nearly afraid to use them for fear I'll damage them.

How amazing are these?
I loved them so much and wanted to share Patrica's amazing talent with everyone that I bought a mug to giveaway to one lucky reader.
If you are the lucky winner, you can design you mug just like I did.
And the best news is it's open to everyone.
Colorines Wonderful mugs ship worldwide.
Be sure to check out Colorines Wonderful Esty shop for more of her amazing designs.

So get entering.
You can enter using the raffelcopter below and a winner will be picked next week at random.

Now I'm off to have a cuppa in my new mug.
